Terms & Conditions
Island Drive Phuket provides vehicle rental services in Phuket, Thailand. By making payment, you agree to the following terms:
1. Booking & Payment
All rentals are confirmed only after full payment is received via our secure payment gateway powered by Stripe.
We do not charge deposits in advance unless otherwise agreed in writing. Payment is typically collected on the vehicle delivery date.
By completing payment, the customer agrees to all terms stated herein.
2. Required Documents
At vehicle handover, the renter must present:
Valid passport
Valid driving license (International Driving Permit if required)
Valid contact information
Failure to present valid documents may result in cancellation without refund.
3. Security Deposit
A refundable security deposit may be authorized or collected to cover:
Traffic fines
Toll fees
Fuel discrepancies
Damages beyond normal wear
The deposit will be refunded within 7 business days after inspection, provided no additional charges apply.
4. Vehicle Use
The vehicle must not be used:
For illegal activities
For racing or reckless driving
By unauthorized drivers
Violation may void insurance coverage.
5. Insurance Coverage
All vehicles are covered by commercial insurance in accordance with Thai regulations. In case of at-fault accidents, the renter may be responsible for excess/deductible charges as specified in the rental agreement.
6. Governing Law
This agreement is governed by the laws of Thailand.
