Refund & Cancellation Policy
At Island Drive Phuket we offer flexible booking with no advance payment required. This policy explains how cancellations and refunds are handled.
1. No Advance Payment Required
We do not require advance payment to reserve a vehicle. Payment is typically collected on the vehicle delivery or pickup date.
Customers may cancel their reservation free of charge before the scheduled vehicle delivery time.
2. Cancellation Before Vehicle Delivery
If the customer cancels the booking before the vehicle is delivered or picked up, there is no cancellation fee.
We kindly request that customers notify us as early as possible so we can release the vehicle for other guests.
3. Early Return Policy (No Refund for Unused Rental Period)
Once the rental has started and payment has been made, the rental period is considered confirmed.
If the customer chooses to return the vehicle earlier than the agreed return date, no refund will be provided for unused rental days.
This policy applies regardless of the reason for early return, including changes in travel plans, early departure, or personal circumstances.
4. No-Show Policy
If the customer fails to appear at the agreed delivery location and time without prior notice, the reservation may be cancelled.
Since no advance payment is required, no charges will apply in this case.
5. Refunds in Exceptional Cases
Refunds may be considered only if Island Drive Phuket is unable to provide the confirmed vehicle due to unforeseen circumstances.
In such cases, a full refund of any payment made will be provided.
