Vehicle Usage
The car must be used within Phuket, Phang Nag, Krabi, Samui, Surat Thani.and nearby areas only
Off-road driving is strictly prohibited
The renter is responsible for traffic fines and parking violations
Smoking inside the car is not allowed
A cleaning fee may apply if the vehicle is returned extremely dirty or smells of smoke.

1. Do I need an International Driving Permit (IDP) to rent a car?
Answer: Yes. According to Thai law.
If you are from an ASEAN country, you may drive in Thailand using your valid national driver’s license.
ASEAN countries include:
Malaysia, Singapore, Indonesia, Philippines, Vietnam, Cambodia, Laos, Myanmar, Brunei, and Thailand.Most insurance companies accept a valid driver’s license from your home country, especially if it is written in English or has an English translation. This is usually sufficient for insurance coverage.
However, please kindly note that under Thai traffic law, the police may still request an International Driving Permit (IDP).
If you do not have an IDP, you may be fined approximately 1,000 THB, even if your home country license is accepted by the insurance.For your convenience and peace of mind, we strongly recommend carrying:

2. How does payment work ?
Answer: We make payments simple and flexible. There is no booking deposit required. You can pay on arrival by cash, credit care (with no 3% surcharge), Thai bank transfer, or TrueMoney.
3. How much is the security deposit and how does it work?
The security deposit is 5,000 THB, or you may choose to pay in foreign currency:
170 USD / 250 AUD / 150 EUR.
The deposit will be fully refunded on the day you return the car, after our staff has checked that the vehicle is in good condition and there is no damage.
The refund will be made in the same currency that you paid.
This deposit is only for vehicle damage protection and is not a rental fee.
4. What is included in the insurance coverage?
Answer: All our rentals include First-Class Commercial Insurance. In the event of an accident where you are at fault, your liability (excess) is clearly capped at 10,000 THB. We believe in total transparency—no hidden fees, no surprises.
5. Can I have the car delivered to Phuket Airport?
Answer: Absolutely! We provide a VIP Meet & Greet service at both Domestic and International terminals. We’ll be waiting at the arrivals gate with a sign, so you can skip the rental counter queues and start your holiday immediately.
6. Can I have the car delivered to my hotel?
Yes, we offer hotel delivery service.
For hotels near Phuket Airport, including Nai Yang area and nearby airport hotels, delivery is free of charge.
Please kindly provide your hotel name and full address so we can confirm the location.
For locations outside the airport area, a delivery fee will apply depending on the distance.
We will always inform you of the exact cost clearly before confirming your booking.
7. Is there a mileage limit for my rental?
Answer: Not at all! We offer Unlimited Mileage for all rentals within Phuket and the surrounding areas (Phang Nga/Krabi/Samui/Surat Thani). You are free to explore as much as you like without worrying about extra costs.
8. What is your fuel policy?
Answer: We follow a “Full-to-Full” policy for petrol and Deisel cars Please return the car with the same fuel or level as when you picked it up to avoid additional service charges.
9. Do you provide child seats?
Answer: Yes, we are a family-friendly business! We have International Standard Baby Seats and Booster Seats available upon request for a small daily fee. Please let us know the age/weight of your child when booking.
10. What happens if I have a breakdown or an accident?
Answer: We provide 24/7 Roadside Assistance. If you have any issues, simply message or call us on WhatsApp. Our team will coordinate with the insurance provider or a mobile mechanic to get you back on the road as soon as possible.
11. Can I extend my rental after it has already started?
Answer: Subject to availability, we are happy to extend your rental! Please contact us at least 24 hours in advancevia WhatsApp so we can update your digital agreement and confirm the extended insurance coverage.
