Purpose of Deposit

The security deposit covers:

• Traffic fines

• Toll charges

• Fuel discrepancies

• Minor damages not covered by insurance

• Insurance deductible (if applicable)

Deposit Method

The deposit may be:

• Authorized on a credit card

• Charged via secure payment link

• Collected in cash (if agreed)

Refund Timeline

If no additional charges apply, the deposit will be refunded within 7 business days after vehicle return and inspection.

If deductions are necessary, an itemized explanation will be provided.

By accepting the vehicle, the renter agrees to the security deposit terms.
